This magnificent newly-built villa is set on a hillside with breathtaking views over three of Antigua's most beautiful beaches (Jolly, Valley Church, and Darkwood).
Elegantly appointed, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (master with Jacuzzi). The upper level has a lounge with breakfast area, fully-equipped kitchen and three en-suite bedrooms. The middle level has a spacious living room, dining room and entertainment area as well as its own fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is an en-suite bedroom and visitor's bathroom on this level. The pool area is immediately adjacent.
A separate studio is located on the lower level (which may be closed off to become a self-contained unit - with its own entrance - for the possible use of staff/crew members) (fully-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom). This studio may be rented only in conjunction with the villa.
Situated on Antigua's west (leeward) coast, the villa is a 4 to 5 minute drive from five white sandy beaches, the nearest within a short walking distance. JOLLY HARBOUR is less than a mile away where visitors may find all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, internet cafe, beauty salon, car/yacht hire, casino, bars, restaurants, nightclub, gymnasium, and golf club). This makes the location amongst the best on the island. In the same area, visitors can sample a wide variety of international and Caribbean cuisine in any of the numerous restaurants and cafes. This villa is for the discriminate traveller who wants to take advantage of the vast activities available or simply kick back and relax in the Caribbean sun cooled by hilltop tropical breezes.
