| Rental Policies: |
All Credit Cards are accepted: MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AM/EX THROUGH PAY PAL. We require a minimum of $500 security deposit ( $1,000 for events) to secure your reservation and 50% of balance due within 90 days and expect the balance (including deposits) 30 days prior to arrival.
If ninety or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented, If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the monies collected. |
